Over 100 agricultural buildings are destroyed by fire in Finland every year. The chances of putting out the fire in time are good if the warning is sounded early enough.

The Pellon Security System can secure all living quarters and agricultural buildings. The fire warning system raises the alarm at the first instant when the fire is small enough to be extinguished with a hand held fire extinguisher.

The central unit is placed in the farmhouse and all the other units' cables are brought into the central unit. A sampler indicator is placed in the cattle shed and hay barn. In the machinery shed the observation unit is a heat detector. The farmhouse itself uses smoke detectors.

A burglar alarm can be connected into the system. The system will have a separate alarm for break-ins.
