Pellon plinth elements

Pellon prefabricated plinth elements eliminate the on-site material and labour costs of on-site casting and building and reinforcing of casting moulds. This saves valuable building time and ensures the uniform quality, exact measure and reliable wall structure.  

Plinth elements can be installed prior to the steelframe, which means that floor casting work can be carried out when desired.

Plinth elements are available in different heights according to the purpose of the building.

Styrox R sheets 100mm are used for insulating creating an underground frost blanket in addition to thermal insulation.
