Planning

Intensifying the current   production requires adequate facilities for the animals to ensure the improvement in productivity and the continuity of operation. Together with the leading Finnish agricultural building designers, Pellon also offers expert assistance for planning. There are three available options:

1. Planning team
The customer may, if desired, order the plans from a design office, which makes the necessary drawings and documents for building and environmental permits.Pellon offers technical assistance and advice in planning the buildings,  machines and equipment, if needed.

3. Customer's own plans
We are happy to make an offer for the customer's own, ready plans. Contact the nearest Area Salesman in order to achieve a functional and productive building solution together.

2. Pellon planning agreement
Pellon also offers a planning service. Our experts plan the building individually, according to customer's wishes, completing the plans with equipment and furnishings. The functionality and growth of production are improved by our automated, complete solutions. Pre-meditated functional planning and structures enable optimal, economical and functional solutions so that future extension needs can be met easily and cost-effectively.

Planning agreement includes:

• operation planning and customer needs analysis
• preliminary drafts 
• ground plans 
• facades
• profile drawings of the building 
• 3D picture of the building

(The planning agreement does not include a chief planning officer, construction plan, planning of heating, plumbing, ventilation and electrical installation or other possible planning or documents for building and environmental permits)
